Description

CERAMIC NONSTICK ROASTING PAN: This ceramic coated roasting pan has a cream ceramic nonstick interior that helps food and drippings release more easily, reducing soaking and scrubbing after big meals. The ceramic pan interior is PFOA and PFAS-free.
RACK-LIFTED ROASTING: The removable carbon steel rack with black nonstick coating lifts turkey, chicken and larger cuts above collected drippings, helping air circulate around the food for better browning while making the rack easier to clean.
LIGHTWEIGHT ALUMINUM ROASTER: The lightweight aluminum roasting pan is easier to handle when loaded and heats quickly and evenly. Wide riveted handles leave room for a secure two-handed grip with oven mitts when moving a full roaster in and out of the oven.
SIZED WITH OVEN FIT IN MIND: Interior measures approx. 15 x 12.2 x 3 inches for turkey, chicken, ham and family roasts. Overall dimensions including handles are 16.3 x 12.7 x 5.4 inches, making it easy to compare with your oven and rack space. Oven safe up to 450°F.
MORE THAN A TURKEY PAN: Use this roaster for whole chicken, beef and pork roasts or roasted vegetables. Remove the rack for lasagna and casseroles. The black exterior and warm cream interior give this roasting pan a clean, modern look for holiday and family meals.
